get the beans you roast?
A. BrewFresh uses a large variety
of beans including:
Organic Mexican, Organic Brazilian, Mexican Custapec, Brazilian Santos,
Swiss Water Decaffeinated, Columbian, Kauai, Kona, Sumatran and Costa
Rican. BrewFresh can also combine other beans to accommodate a customized
blend.
Q. Where do you
select your beans?
A. BrewFresh selects the best beans
from all over the world. Climate and elevation determine the size, shape,
and flavor of coffee beans. BrewFresh’s master roasters blend coffee
from plantations located in various coffee producing countries. The result
of choosing the best beans is a product as unique and individual as our
customers.
Q. Do you have
a Kona Roast?
A. BrewFresh offers three different
pure Kona roasts: a light, medium, and dark roast. BrewFresh also uses
Kona beans in many blended roasts.

Q. How is BrewFresh
coffee different from the standard mass-produced coffee found at the supermarket?
A. Night and Day. Standard coffee
intended for mass distribution and consumption is blended and roasted
to be generic. At BrewFresh we are not looking to please everyone with
a single coffee blend. We find the best beans and roast them to perfection.
Then we create blends to suit the taste of coffee lovers, those who know
a good cup of coffee and can appreciate a unique blend. Freshness is also
important. When you buy a standard coffee from the supermarket, it is
difficult or impossible to determine when the coffee was roasted. Because
coffee loses its flavor and aroma quickly after being roasted, a premium
cup of coffee requires roasting for you, not a roast that sat on a supermarket
shelf.

Coffee Concentrate?
A. Liquid Coffee Concentrate is used
to make various coffee products. It is produced by a proprietary process using
only coffee beans and purified water. Our concentrate tastes fresh brewed
because it is fresh brewed.

Concentrate used for?
A. Liquid Coffee Concentrate is used
for a great tasting cup of coffee. Mixed with hot water BrewFresh Coffee
Concentrate makes a cup of coffee that rivals the taste, aroma, and substance
of a cup of coffee from your favorite coffee house. In addition to being
used for cups of coffee, coffee concentrate is also used as an ingredient
in a wide variety of food products. The combination of great taste and
convenience of concentrate makes liquid coffee concentrate an ideal ingredient

Q. How Concentrated
is the liquid Coffee Concentrate?
A. The coffee concentrate is made
standard at 15:1. However, BrewFresh will modify the concentration to
meet the needs of our customers.
Q. Are there
any preservatives used?
A. BrewFresh Coffee Company uses no
preservatives.
Q. Why not use
preservatives?
A. The most important goal of BrewFresh
Coffee Company is to create a great tasting cup of coffee. While we recognize
that preservatives would increase the shelf life of the liquid coffee
concentrate, we are not willing to introduce preservatives at the expense
of taste. BrewFresh Liquid Coffee Concentrate tastes
great! A liquid concentrate that tastes any worse is not worth
producing or consuming.
Q. How long is
the shelf life of the liquid concentrate?
A. Although we do not use preservatives,
the liquid coffee concentrate has a shelf life of three months when kept
refrigerated. As with our roasts, we only concentrate coffee per client
request. We ship or deliver the concentrate to the customer days within
days of receiving the order. This practice of roasting and concentrating
by request combined with rapid fulfillment and shipment ensure fresh coffee
products. The three-month window allows ample time for the customer to
consume or utilize the liquid concentrate while still fresh.
Q. Is BrewFresh
Liquid Coffee Concentrate the same as "instant" coffee?
A. No. In the process of creating
instant coffee much of the flavor and aroma is lost. In addition, many
instant coffee products use preservatives to increase shelf life. This
further diminishes the quality of instant coffee taste. Brewfresh Liquid
Coffee Concentrate is brewed coffee that captures all the taste and aroma
of a pot of roasted coffee.

coffee concentrate?
A. Liquid coffee concentrate is used
by a variety of customers. BrewFresh Liquid Coffee Concentrate can be
dispensed through a number of coffee machines including the WaterCenter‚
liquid coffee machine and other liquid coffee machines from Bunn, etc.
